Jet Set Debuts Straight Edge

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Gay adult studio Jet Set Productions has debuted Straight Edge, an amateur section of their website focused on heterosexual men “who may or may not be on the ‘edge’ of turning gay,” the studio announced.

Additionally, Jet Set has hired veteran performer-turned-director Chad Donovan to produce and direct content for the line.

“We have sought out and found some of the hottest straight guys around the country and let them strut their stuff alone, or dared them to cross that line with another guy,” said Donovan. “And they have!”

“As the name implies, Straight Edge will not only focus on guys who describe themselves as straight, but also those who may be a little ‘edgy,’ or both,” said Jet Set Marketing Director John Tegan.

The website’s tagline is “Get Off on the Edge.”

Tegan said the hiring of Donovan is intended to “separate our content from other websites.”

Many other similar websites have emphasized the “straight guy angle” but Jet Set will “take it up a notch in production quality and star quality,” he said.

Straight Edge will free to those who join the Jet Set membership website.

“We’re not charging our members even a penny extra for all this added content,” said Head of Production Chris Steele. “If you’re already a member, you get it all right away — new web-only videos with hot new guys, access to newly released DVDs as well as our library of videos, and all the porn star photos that Jet Set has to offer.”

StraightEdge debuted as a section on the official Jet Set Productions website.

Amateur sites featuring straight men are something of an emergent trend in gay adult; for example, Falcon Studios and NakedSword partnered on a similar website earlier this year.
