That’s what she told the Los Angeles Times in an interview Thursday with columnist Richard Abowitz, who writes the Movable Buffet column on Las Vegas life.
Jane was interviewed over the latest Vegas tradition borrowed from Hollywood and Porn Valley — porn stars hosting Halloween parties.
Jane plans on hosting a naughtiest costume party tomorrow night at Prive at Planet Hollywood. Further down Las Vegas Boulevard, the Tao at the Venetian has Tera Patrick for Halloween.
“It is actually really cool that the doors have opened for us to do this,” Jane said. “It is great exposure, and it is a good experience. I also have to tell you that it is very easy. They pay us to come and have fun.
“You show up, you talk on the microphone to the crowd. It is really refreshing, really relaxing and honestly just cool to be paid to hang out in Vegas.”
Columnist Abowitz, no stranger to porn (he once dated Aurora Snow and interviewed extensively Evil Angel’s John Stagliano on his obscenity case during the XBIZ Summer Forum ’08), also asked why Las Vegas is so intrigued by porn stars to host.
“Everyone wants to be sexy and have fun,” Jane said. “And, especially in Vegas, a porn star helps make that environment feel like you are inside the fantasy.”
