Will Clark Honored at Chicago Film Festival

CHICAGO — Gay porn star turned AIDS activist Will Clark will be the focus of the Bijou Theater’s Spotlight Series for November 2008.

The film series selects a model, director or studio each month that has advanced the gay adult industry.

Films selected for the tribute to Clark include "The Porno Tonight Show" on Nov. 10, "Big Bear Trucking Company" on Nov. 11, and "Red Star" Nov. 12.

Clark was first cast in Hot House director's Steven Scarborough's "Dr. Goodglove" in 1995.

Clark appeared in nearly 50 films in his career in a variety of genres, notably those featuring leather and BDSM.

Clark continues his AIDS activism and education efforts by hosting Porno Bingo Parties in New York and appearing at other community events.

The Bijou Theater is located at 1349 N. Wells St. in Chicago. Tickets may be purchased by calling (312) 943-5425.
