Venice, whose real name is Christopher Reid, is charged with rape and burglary for allegedly breaking into the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority house a year ago and attacking a woman who was sleeping. Venice allegedly broke into a fraternity house and three sorority houses with Kyle Schott.
Venice turned himself in in September 2007 when the accusations were raised. He was arrested and released after posting $200,000 bail.
Schott was arrested and released after posting a $100,000 bond.
In April, Whitman County Prosecutor Denis Tracy said that Schott had agreed to testify against Venice in a plea-bargain agreement.
Venice has appeared in more than 200 adult videos, including the recent "Defend Our Porn" compilation from Evil Angel, and directed three "Shane's World Amateur Tour" videos. Last April he appeared in a solo video for PlaygirlTV. If convicted, Venice could spend the rest of his life in prison.
