Shades Of Scarlet

Zero Tolerance delivers a kinky feature—featuring the luscious, tall, rangy, and (amazingly!) underrated Karlie Montana—that’s relatively adventurous for couples, making it all the more provocative for hardcore viewers who enjoy catching (when allowed by the ridiculously self-censoring porn community) BDSM combined with full-on sex.

Tasty Ms. Montana plays a super fan of mysterious erotic novelist Roz Collins (Anthony Rosano in a non-hump role), who—through phone conversations, text messaging, emails, and, ultimately, directives for Montana to venture to covert sexual trysts—tries his damndest to transform the relatively inhibited Karlie into the extroverted character of “Scarlet”, portrayed in Collins’ sexually freaky fiction. “We fear everything,” the somewhat pretentious Roz pontificates over the phone to Karlie. “My characters live in a world without fear, and that’s why you’re obsessed when it comes to reading about their lives.”

In turn, through Collins’ remote directives, Montana goes to a number of warehouses to witness couples getting down ’n’ dirty via dominance and submission, with Montana slowly participating more and more in each successive ‘scene’. She first observes Mr. Pete whipping A.J. Applegate into shape, with the awesome big-butted A.J. wearing black garters with an open ass, the vadge upon which gets seriously doggied a la Pete. But what? Miss AssFuck herself doesn’t get…ASS-fucked? Wow! What a waste! In her next outing, Montana observes Tommy Pistol dominate Romi Rain in another warehouse/loft/wherever-the-fuck. First Pistol puts Montana in a cage to stand still and observe all. Then, unfortunately, Pistol blabs more than jabs, talking far too much rather than slamming sloppy, begging-for-cock slut Rain. More splatter, less chatter next time, Tommy boy.

In the second half of the pic, Karlie is more of a hands-on trollop. That is, in a (yes, yet another) loft, James Deen and Skin Diamond both dominate Karlie, who licks Diamond’s asshole, blows Deen, gets doggied, and shares Deen’s dick-snot with Diamond, who also gets pretty well-fucked here. And in the last scene, Derrick Pierce dominates and bangs Montana. But does Montana actually meet the evasive, shadowy Mr. Collins? Check it out and find out.

“Shades of Scarlet” is, all in all, a worthwhile feature, with a sweetly charismatic lead star (in the form of Montana), dynamic sex (for the most part…and all without condoms!), as well as a satisfyingly ambiguous ending (see it for yourself). And it’s nice to witness someone—namely, Montana—actually reading an honest-to-goodness BOOK and not a stinkin’ tablet.
