Writer-director Jacky St. James tackles the vignette genre with excellent results in a quartet of stories about sex between non-blood relatives. The breakdown is two stepmother-stepson combos, one dad and stepdaughter, one step-siblings. The setups are very believable—much more so than in run-of-the-mill vignette collections. They involve real people, not leering porn stereotypes.

The dad-daughter number with Steven St. Croix and newcomer Penelope Stone is perhaps a bit too solemn, but everything else is sizzling good fun. The great-looking and super-hot Jessa Rhodes has a playful romp with step-bro Tyler Nixon—they’re like two turned-on puppies. India Summer brings the heat—and how!—to her inning with Van Wylde as a spoiled rich kid who ignores his stepmom because he’s really hot for her. She takes the only facial in the movie—a big one.

Perhaps the most believable tale is lonely MILF Brenda James (a Girlfriends Films regular) being sexually awakened by her shy but horny stepson, Logan Pierce. This one involves the plentiful use of toys—Brenda’s character sells them for a living. New Sensations is too classy to do in-your-face product placement, but you can be sure that the vibrators, clit massagers and buttplugs all bear the NS brand.

Synopsis:

Sexual intensity reaches its boiling point within four illicit relationships. After a sexually repressed stepmother begins a career selling novelty products, her insatiable, inner sex goddess seeks refuge in the arms of her doting stepson. The hidden desire between a stepfather and his stepdaughter becomes unleashed while rehearsing the father/daughter dance for her upcoming wedding. A young woman's discovery of her stepbrother's kinky fetish becomes the ultimate foreplay for their forbidden attraction. A step mother's secret obsession for her spoiled stepson explodes when he catches her masturbating one hot summer afternoon. Family Business. Sometimes sex is so wrong, it's right.
