New Adult Performer Database Launches: PornStarGlobal.com

CYBERSPACE — A new online repository of information about adult performers has made its debut, trying to offer competition to the reigning monarch.

The new database is called PornStarGlobal.com, and it's positioning itself to compete with industry giant FreeOnes.com, which has compiled an exhaustive list of adult performers, glamour models and mainstream movie stars, all of them with lists of links to revealing galleries of the women in question.

PornStarGlobal.com launches with about 8,000 listings that lead to full bios of the stars, along with free hosted galleries, official websites and other adult resources. The site also offers a full message board.

Adult video director Steven P. Alster praised the new site.

"It's a very creative and comprehensive site," he said. "The site is designed to offer greater breadth and scope than similar pornstar info sites. Unlike other Pornstar info sites, PornstarGlobal.com doesn't just provide links to other resources — it provides helpful editorial content and links to even more invaluable information for true adult content seekers."

A brief trip through PornStarGlobal.com reveals many extensive lists of adult stars divided into various categories, including classic, newcomers, deceased, ebony and male. More categories presumably are on the way. The rest of the site offers an amalgam of links to toy sites and hosted galleries, though some of the adult performer listings are simple lists that are not hyperlinked to anything.
