Joanna Angel to Speak at Indiana University

NEW YORK — Performer-director Joanna Angel will speak to the students of the Human Sexuality Class at Indiana University on March 24. She plans to show clips from her movies and hand out sex toys from her Burning Angel Toys line during her visit.

Angel, who holds a B.A. in English from Rutgers University, is the founder and owner of BurningAngel.com and director of several adult videos, most recently "Not Another Porn Movie" for Independent Adult Cinema/Adam & Eve Pictures. She was nominated for Web Babe of the Year and Starlet of the Year at the 2008 XBIZ Awards.

"This is a great way to introduce sex toys to people who may have never seen them before, plus I imagine it is rare for students to know someone who works in the sex industry," said Miranda Doyle, Topco Sales' Licensing Manager for Burning Angel Toys. "Having Joanna there to help educate young adults about sex, the adult industry and sex toys is an incredible opportunity for everyone involved, and we're happy to be a part of it."

Products in the Burning Angel line include the Joanna Angel 5" and 7" Waterproof Vibes, the 7X Waterproof Bullet, Bondage Tape, and the Joanna Angel CyberSkin strokers.

"No one ever gave me free sex toys in college," Angel said. "I'm jealous."
