The segment starts with a look at performer Shyla Stylez as she poses for her pretty-girl shots in and out of her nurse's uniform.
"If anyone got hurt on set, we'd be all set," director Kevin Moore says, pointing out the hospital decor. "This table has the stirrups," he says, demonstrating. "Not only is this porno, but it's educational."
Continuing the educational theme, Moore speaks of one scene where Mark Wood plays a patient who has priapism.
Stylez says she has never worked with Moore before.
"It was fun," she says. "He's so easy to shoot for. It's a nice day at work."
"Registered Nurses 2" also stars Jayden James, Kristina Rose, Aletta Ocean and Tara Lynn Foxx with Johnny Sins, Alec Knight, Chris Johnson and Sean Michaels.
