Panelists to Discuss Open Lifestyles at Exotic Erotic Ball

SAN FRANCISCO — A panel of experts will discuss open relationships at the Exotic Erotic Ball on Oct. 22.

Sponsored by sex toy retailer Good Vibrations and co-curated by company staff sexologist Carol Queen, the talk will center on non-monogamous relationships.

The show organizers said the panel will also offer practical information for attendees who want to open their own relationships safely, honestly and consensually.

Also on hand to conduct the panel will be Andrew Sullivan, one of the producers of the Private Media film, "An Open Invitation: A Real Swingers Party in San Francisco.”

Queen said, "An Open Invitation is a great example of ‘made-in-San Francisco' porn and shouts San Francisco values: sex-positivity, good sexual communication, comfort with sexual variation and erotic exploration as a positive contributor to happiness."

Private calls the film “A ground breaking movie that shifts away from traditional pornography using a strongly relevant script which positively represents swinging and the process of opening up a relationship.”

Joining Queen and Sullivan will be relationship coach Marcia Baczynski and swing party hosts Chris and Sarah of San Francisco's Club Kiss to discuss polyamory, swinging, play parties, triads and other forms of open partnering.

The panel will begin at 8 p.m. and is free to attendees of the ball.

Ball organizers said copies of “An Open Invitation” and “Exhibitionism for the Shy “ will be available for purchase and one attendee will win a gift basket from Good Vibrations.

Ticket information is available at Exotic-Erotic Ball.
