Billed as a workout show where Heidi Mayne "works all your muscles," Mayne strips down and walks home viewers through weight training and cardio routines. "My whole life I've been into exercise and fitness, running track in high school and kick boxing in college," Mayne said. "In the last eight years I've really developed a passion for it. I believe physical fitness is a great way to relieve stress, and helps link your mind to your muscles."
