Adam Film World is the flagship of the group which includes Adam Presents Amateur Porn, Adam Black Video Illustrated, XXX Porn Stars and the annual Adam Film World Directory.
In previous years, the magazine has been edited by Tim Connelly and Anthony Petkovich, who succeeded Connelly.
According to a source with knowledge of the situation, Adam Film World owner Bentley Morriss is trying to get an unnamed Las Vegas investor to buy the publishing company. If the sale isn't completed, the magazines will fold, the source said.
Representatives of Adam Film World have not returned repeated calls from XBIZ.
