Mansion Now Offering Cavecreek's Content Delivery Network

TEMPE, AZ — Cavecreek announced Monday that Mansion Productions has added the Cavecreek Content Delivery Network (CDN) as a delivery option for their content management system clients.

According to Cavecreek, CDN is a technology that allows websites to serve rich media content and digital downloads from servers located around the world.

“This allows the end user to experience faster performance, which in turn creates a more memorable and satisfactory user experience,” Cavecreek Director of CDN Sales Brian Lowy said.

Oystein Wright, CEO of Mansion Productions, said that Mansion’s CMS system, MAS, is now “fully compatible” with Cavecreek’s CDN.

“We believe this multi-side relationship will be of mutual benefit,” Wright said.

According to Cavecreek and Mansion, customers using MAS can “easily define the CDN super-name individually for each site they have powered by MAS,” and decide the type of content or sites they want to access through the CDN or via a local server. With just a few clicks, users can switch the CDN links on and off for individual content sets, multiple sets or across all their content sets. Among other things, this capability will allow users the ability to test the CDN’s performance on a few galleries before making the change globally.

A ‘sister’ company of CCBill backed by CWIE Holding Company, Cavecreek has served as a wholesale IP transit, CDN, and streaming and hosting provider since 1996. For additional information on Cavecreek, visit Cavecreek.com.

Launched in 1997, Mansion Productions offers a variety of software solutions, as well as consulting, programming and design services, and was recently recognized as “2008 Software Company of the Year” at the XBIZ Awards. For more information on Mansion, visit MansionProductions.com.
