Buck Angel Signs With Agent David Forest

LOS ANGELES — Gay talent agency David Forest Entertainment will represent female-to-male transsexual adult performer Buck Angel for live appearances at special events and venues in the U.S.

According to Angel, he is the first transsexual performer to be represented for live appearances by a major modeling agency in the U.S. All U.S. dates will be exclusively coordinated and booked by the Forest organization, and a Buck Angel tour is in the planning stages.

“[I chose] David because he has a great reputation as the best in the business and I need someone who understands that I am a special talent and not a freak,” Angel told XBIZ. “He is a go-getter which really is perfect for me as well, because you know how hard-working I am. I need someone who can keep up with me, and David is the man.

“I feel so excited because I haven't been able to find anyone to take me on. David was all over it when I contacted him. He sees the potential that we have together to blow them away.”

Angel, who made his adult debut in Titan Media’s “Cirque Noir” was named 2006 Circuit Party Performer of the Year, and appeared in “Schwarzwald: Rites XXVII,” a music/dance movie produced for the New York’s Black Party event.

Just returned from several European appearances, Angel performed live at U.K. fetish club HARDON. Then, he went on to Amsterdam’s Leather Week celebrations, held the first week of November, where he appeared at all-male leather bar Cockring.

At the upcoming Paris GLBT Film Festival on Friday, the latest release from Buck Angel Entertainment, “More Bang for Your Buck,” will screen at Paris’ oldest adult cinema, the Cinema Beverly.

“I’m going to have fun with this project. I think the gay clubs are going to be thrilled to book Buck Angel,” Forest said. “He’s a total showman and a perfect follow-up to the more traditional male XXX stars that we’ve been touring across the country for years.”

Forest Entertainment represents also models Johnny Castle, Zeb Atlas and Josh Weston, among others.
