Cybersocket Web Awards Set for Jan. 22

LOS ANGELES — The 14th annual Cybersocket Web Awards honoring the best in GLBT online adult entertainment will be held on Jan. 22 at Eleven Nightclub in West Hollywood, Calif.

Each year the Cybersocket Web Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the world of gay  online adult entertainment in both "Surfer Choice" categories and "Industry Choice" categories.

Cybersocket President Morgan Sommer says that this year's Cybersocket Web Awards show has more nominees than ever before in 32 categories.

"We decided to include a wide variety of worthy adult content producers, performers, personalities and genres that exist in the gay adult entertainment industry," Sommer told XBIZ. "So far over 7,700 unique fan votes have been cast."

The long-running awards show will once again be held in conjunction with the trade events series XBIZ 360 which is set to completely take over the W Hollywood Hotel.

Sommer says he's looking forward to this coming year's Cybersocket Web Awards, which will be open to the public and free to attend.

"It is a great night to have the industry gather together with the fans who support us," Sommer says.

The 14th annual Cybersocket Web Awards will be held on Jan. 22 at Eleven Nightclub, 8811 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, Calif., 90069.
