The company said it will handle Washington’s film, print, internet, live and private appearances.
Washington will kick off his new arrangement by appearing in Forest’s “Cocktails in the Forest” show on September 2 at Micky’s Nightclub in West Hollywood, Calif. from 6-9 p.m.
The show will be hosted by Scotty B.
”Teaming up together should prove to be very exciting,” Forest said.
He added, “I am totally jazzed to be helping Washington with his adult career. I think he’s got a whole lot of class and deserves my attention.”
Washington is currently featured in Jet Set Men's film “Getting Levi’s Johnson” that held the No.1 position for six consecutive weeks on the JRL Weekly Top 100.
Washington has appeared in more than 20 films including Titan Men, Raging Stallion, Suite 703, Falcon/Mustang and Rascal productions.
