Despite having appeared only in solo vignettes and body worship videos, Dalton is one of gay adult's most popular personalities, famous for his blond good looks and brawny, muscular frame.

There are currently no plans for him to return to gay adult or make any personal appearances upon his release, said David Forest, Dalton's former manager. However, Dalton will be made available for what Forest termed private "fan appreciation meetings" via the FORESTmeetings service in the Dallas area.

The Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice Parole Board made their determination today. Dalton was denied initially denied parole one year ago this month.

Dalton’s arrest stemming from an altercation on May 31, 2007 violated the terms of an existing probation agreement related to a 2004 arrest and conviction. He was charged with two misdemeanors: Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Violence, and Interference with an Emergency Call.

He pled guilty and served 90 days in the Denton County Jail, and was subsequently returned to prison to await sentencing for his parole violations.

Dalton was last onscreen in 2007's "Mark Meets Zeb: The Texas Two-Step" for Zeb Atlas Productions and Marina Pacific Distributors.
