"Wendy Williams is a bona fide star," Rising Star founder Devan Cypher said. "We've come up with a plan to help her start getting some of the attention she deserves. I'm looking forward to seeing the diva bust down barriers in the years to come."

Williams has appeared on the cover of Transformation and Shemale International magazines. In her video career, she says she was the first transsexual to have official store signings, as well as the first TS to star in an all-girl feature and in an all-black gangbang.

She also owns and operates her own website and owns her own production company, Hot Wendy Productions, which produced the video "A Shemale Gang Bang: The Interracial Version" last year.

"I feel like they really understand what I’m looking for," Williams said. "They have the background and experience to help me get the kind of first-class exposure I am looking for in my career right now."
