Manila vs. Brazzers.com Settles Out of Court
Bobby Manila charged in his lawsuit that Mansef, owner of Brazzers, violated the terms of a contract and with fraud.
Mansef Productions initially contracted Manila and his company in an exclusive contract that included a no compete clause worth approximately $40,000 per month. Manila claimed that Mansef Productions attempted to terminate the contract after Manila had trained their staff in his techniques.
According to the suit, Mansef fired Manila in June.
Gary Jay Kaufman of the Gary Kaufman Law Group in Los Angeles told XBIZ that “the lawsuit was dismissed by mutual consent.”
Mansef Productions offered no comment when contacted by XBIZ.
The details of the settlement have not been made public.
