“Basically, we are seeing a significant increase in our catalog sales as a result of D2R," said Bill Rix, PPM's national sales manager. "Stores now have the opportunity to purchase titles that would have been much harder to get from distributors, and we’re able to offer sales and specials directly to the retailer that we could not offer through wholesalers.”
