The cast for the new title includes contract stars Jesse Jane, Katsuni, Shay Jordan, Stoya, Riley Steele, and Gabriella Fox, as well as Belladonna, Sasha Grey, Jenna Haze, Brianna Love, Abbey Brooks, Shawna Lenee, Rhylee Richards, Brea Lynn, Shyla Stylez and Veronica Rayne.
The male talent includes Evan Stone, Tommy Gunn, Steven St. Croix, Manuel Ferrara, James Deen, Marco Banderas, Mick Blue, Ben English and Charles Dera.
Everyone involved with the project has been vigilantly tight-lipped about any plot details.
"Tommy Gunn's character didn't die, and there's a big twist I can't tell you about," Jesse Jane told XBIZ. Gunn's character, Capt. Victor Stagnetti, is mentioned in the title of the movie.
Jane also praised her fellow cast members.
"When you put all the hottest, nastiest, kinkiest porn chicks in a movie together, you get the most amazing, jaw-dropping sex ever," she said. "I can't ruin what happens, but even I was like 'Damn, did they really just do that?' The first 'Pirates' made adult history. This 'Pirates' is going to blow the other one out of the water."
Digital Playground founder Joone said that the biggest challenge in this new movie would be topping the original.
"'Pirates' set the bar high, but I viewed it as a challenge. "I knew 'Pirates II' would be huge when BellaDonna agreed to headline with Jesse. In the sequel, the sex is hotter than any adult film ever made. All of the stars display an onscreen chemistry that translates into steamy, sensual excitement every minute of the film," says Joone.
