Hustler Wraps on ‘Get Smartass’

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – Hustler Video has finished production on its latest parody title, “Get Smartass,” based on the classic ’60s comedy TV sitcom, “Get Smart.”

The spy spoof, directed by Stuart Canterbury, centers around a plot of espionage and hardcore action. After the identities of KUNTROL agents are revealed, evil organization PENIS sends out its seductive spies to take out their opponents. Maxwell Smartass and his sidekick Agent 69 move in to stop the diabolical scheme.

“Stuart Canterbury has an incredible eye for detail,” Hustler Creative Director Drew Rosenfeld said. “After directing the smash-hit parody ‘Gov Love: The Eliot Splitz-her Story,’ I knew that Stuart would be able to create another successful spoof filled with comedy and great sex.”

The movie stars Kayla Paige, Britney Amber, Eden Adams, Envi, Veronica Jett, Veronica Rayne and Dino Bravo, in the lead role of Maxwell Smartass.

“We always like to work on something comedic and this show was such an obvious target for parody,” Canterbury said. “We were able to build sets which matched the look of the original, and the girls could really get into the parts as evil seductresses. It’s full of hot sex, but it keeps you laughing; we laughed when we made it.”
