The video-sharing site has launched a new integrated groups function that will promote regular paysites to users as they surf for videos and participate in group activity, such as forum discussion and picture-sharing.
They're calling the new service GASP, which stands for Group and Social Profile. Sex2ube.com is offering branded profile pages to companies. A branded group profile page, for example, includes a screenshot and promotional language about the paysite in question, as well as a link to a sample video.
The networking continues on the video pages, too. Once a user follows a link to a video, a module will display screenshots and links to paysites that offer content similar to what's onscreen.
Tracking codes tally all online activity and report back to Sex2ube.com so webmasters will receive proper payment. In addition, webmasters can offer special deals and promotions through their profile pages.
