Castejon New Marketing Director at Private

BARCELONA, Spain — Santiago Castejon is the new global marketing director for Private Media Group.

“I have always been interested in how innovative technologies bring new approaches to marketing," Castejon said. "Private is a company in a prime position to benefit from new media platforms, being that it is a forceful market leader with a strong brand awareness and an understanding and commitment to the long-term vision of the adult entertainment sector. I am very much looking forward to the successes and challenges to come, and being a part of Private’s media expansion."

Castejon worked as a civil and commercial lawyer until 2000, when he decided to change careers and specialize in marketing and communication through new technologies. For five years he designed and executed marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical sector, then Castejon moved to DAEM Interactivate, a company involved with image recognition technologies where he helped create mobile marketing strategies for two years.

“We are very pleased to have Santiago join our team at Private," Private COO Peter Cohen said. "He is an experienced marketing executive, and Private will be developing more creative and aggressive B2B and B2C marketing campaigns under his leadership."

Private Media Group has been producing adult entertainment for more than 40 years, including films, video, magazines, IPTV/VOD, broadband Internet and television broadcasting. Private owns the worldwide rights to its extensive archive and also licenses its Private and “Silver Girls” trademarks internationally for consumer products.
