Sportsheets Introduces Second Demo DVD

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. — Sportsheets has released a follow-up demonstration DVD for retailers, distributors, consumers and home-party planners.

Sportsheets DVD 2.08 comes on the heels of last year’s premiere DVD that was distributed worldwide.

Both DVDs showcase a sampling of the company’s products while acting as an interactive tutorial. Version 2.08 features selling points on more than 53 products.

Not just for retailers and consumers, the DVD was created with the Sportsheets in-store marketing tool, the planogram, in mind.

“About 300 retailers have a planogram in their stores,” Todd Carter Sales and Marketing Director for Sportsheets told XBIZ. “When we tested the planograms in retail stores, two out of five customers who walked by the display bought something off the shelf.”

Carter said the company paid close attention to feedback to make the second DVD more appealing to customers and retailers.

“We customized the DVD based on retailer suggestions. We’ve featured both new and classic products. And one continuous comment we heard from consumers was for a request to make each clip a little shorter. And we added the loop-play feature.”

Retailers who purchase the Sportsheets planogram receive a $250 reimbursement from the company in the form of product.
