Being in front of the camera for the first time can be intimidating, Steele said, and Tyler helps them get comfortable while the camera is rolling.
"For someone new, a set can be an intimidating environment," he said. "Sure, they like sex, they have fun with it, but what we do on camera is different than what they're used to doing at home. It doesn't mean you can't have fun, but it does mean the director shooting the scene needs to be able to work with someone new. Tina's excellent with making new talent feel at ease and it's something that's important to the 'Fresh Out the Box' line."
