ABCSearch in Partnership With ExactSeek.com

ENCINO, Calif. – ABCSearch.com, a privately held meta search engine, has announced its partnership with ExactSeek.com, an Internet search engine whose "paid inclusion" strategy targets small and medium-sized businesses.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jayde Online, ExactSeek.com's parent company, will promote ABCSearch.com across its network of sites and incorporate ABCSearch results into the top and bottom three positions of its ExactSeek search engine. In exchange, ABCSearch agrees to promote ExactSeek's advertisers within the company's own search engines.

Since 1998, ABCSearch has offered cost-per-click advertising and today offers geo-targeting, fraud protection, flexible bidding and two billion searches per month.

"This is an exciting development. One of the features that separates ABCSearch from our competitors is affordability," Daniel Yomtobian, CEO of ABCSearch, said. "The partnership with Jayde Online offers our advertisers more value than ever before with a mix of paid inclusion and pay-per-click placement. The synergy between our two companies will allow us to expand our reach in the marketplace and extend greatest coverage for our advertisers."

"We were approached with partnership offers by numerous pay-per-click engines, but none showed the vision and flexibility demonstrated by ABCSearch in entertaining the concept of 'mixed model' advertising," Mel Strocen, CEO of Jayde Online, Inc., ExactSeek's parent company, said.
