HOUSTON — Gentlemen's club operator Rick's Cabaret International, Inc., will release its second quarter 2008 results on Thursday, followed by a webcast conference call hosted by CEO Eric Langan.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. EDT, and will allow securities analysts and shareholders the opportunity to hear management discuss results for the quarter ended March 31. The call can be accessed at the Rick's Cabaret website or InvestorCalendar.com.

On May 13, Rick's will hold a "Due Diligence Ball" for financial industry professionals and investors at the company's New York City club at 50 W. 33rd St., near the Empire State Building.

The "Due Diligence Ball" offers investors and financial community professionals an opportunity to see the company's operation firsthand and talk with CEO Langan. Guests receive free admission to the club, free hors d'oeuvres and drinks at discounted prices from 6-8 p.m. Email ir@ricks.com to RSVP.

Publicly traded Rick's Cabaret International owns and operates or licenses adult nightclubs in New York City, New Orleans, Charlotte, Houston, Minneapolis and other cities under the names Rick's Cabaret, XTC and Club Onyx.
