RudeTV Kicks Off April 21

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Live social networking site Rude.com will launch RudeTV, the company's first foray into multimedia broadcasting, April 21. The kick off will take place Monday at 6 p.m. PDT, preceded by a party starting at 5 p.m. with the RudeTV crew, VIPs and press counting down to the live broadcast from the studio.

"I am so confident that the RudeTV model and developmental efforts being put forth by the entire Rude team will be successful, that if it isn’t, I’ll call myself on the air and fire my own ass," RudeTV Creative Director Wankus told XBIZ, referring to his on-air dismissal from now-defunct Internet radio station KSEX.

RudeTV will feature live shows each night from 6-10 p.m., including “BaadMasters Dungeon," a peek into the world of BDSM hosted by BaadMaster and Satine Phoenix, and “Relax ... It's Just a Fetish" from Clips4Sale.com, which will introduce viewers to some wacky, tacky and downright bizarre turn-ons and fetishes. Familiar faces in the RudeTV lineup include Lexi Lamour, Nicki Hunter, Monica Mayhem, Kylee King, Cleopatra, Mya Mason, Anita Blue, Ashley Fires, Priscilla Russo, Tony Batman, Powder and former Howard Stern contributor Gary Garver. The complete lineup of shows is available at RudeTV.com.

"This is going to be a blast," said Chandie Foster, Rude.com marketing manager. "Our RudeTV creative director, Wankus, will once again be allowed to use a microphone, as RudeTV kick starts a great series of live shows featuring sexy video game shows, raunchy humor, and gratuitous nudity.

"So much hard work has gone into creating RudeTV. We are so excited and really proud of how great this project has turned out," Foster said. "This is a very natural evolution for our company, as our community of live cameras is the very heart of Rude.com. The addition of such an entertaining live lineup will only strengthen that. Wankus has put together a very diverse, entertaining and crazy group of talent that will keep viewers glued to their screens. We can‘t wait to watch."

RudeTV is a development of Rude.com, a live social-networking site which offers user-created and -uploaded video, both live and recorded, along with Rude personal profile pages. For information about RudeTV advertising opportunities, email chandie@rude.com.
