Swingfest Seminar to Address Legal Issues

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — FirstAmendment.com has announced that Lawrence G. Walters will present “Legal Issues Affecting Swingers Clubs," a seminar scheduled for SwingFest 2008. SwingFest, billed as "The World’s Largest Swingers Party and Adult Lifestyle Expo," is set to take place Aug. 2, 2008.

The seminar will offer an overview of the legal issues affecting the swinger lifestyle community, including zoning and licensing laws, criminal statutes, nuisance abatement ordinances, and private civil actions. Strategies for winning future cases will be evaluated and questions from the audience will be accepted throughout the presentation.

Mr. Walters is an expert on legal issues pertaining to free speech and the Internet, and frequently contributes to news programs on all major television networks. His high-profile cases are regularly covered in print media, as well.
