Before joining Leisure Time, Weinberg worked at VCA and with Ruby Gottesman at Excitement Video, making her a veteran of the adult video/DVD market.
“It's nice," Weinberg told XBIZ. "I have known [Sunshine executives] Yosef and Rita for years and some of the other members of the staff, so it’s like joining old friends."
Sunshine Films is also home to the Odyssey Group Video and All Good Video catalogs, offering nearly 9,000 titles in total.
“We’re very excited to have someone with Lorraine’s background here," Yosef said. "The Leisure Time and Sunshine lines have a similar customer base, so having her perspective on the customers in today’s market will be a fresh change for us.”
