"I run everything from set work to club construction," Moran told XBIZ. "If I'm not physically doing it, I'll be coordinating it. We basically purchase an existing location and do a tenant improvement to the existing site to meet our needs."
A 20-year construction industry veteran, Moran has worked for Spearmint Rhino for nine years.
Spearmint Rhino has been expanding at the pace of one to two clubs per year. Its newest club, located in Dallas, recently had its grand opening on February 29, 2008.
“The Dallas renovation was unique in the sense that we took a Dallas landmark, the Old San Francisco Steakhouse, and transformed this building into a combination of rich, deep tones, wood accents and beautiful women and created a new Dallas landmark,” Moran said.
