The most immediately apparent upgrade to the software is that it is now possible to port statistical data to virtually any mobile device and to secondary computers.

“There is a certain degree of freedom that comes with being away from your computer but still being able to see a detailed view of your stats,” John said. “A lot of webmasters live busy lives and can’t be stuck to a desk all day, but they also can’t be disconnected from their own networks for too long either. In addition to the mobile functionality, version 2.0 of UnifiedStats also offers custom stats grouping, a simpler means of adding new sponsor programs to user accounts and automatic updates that run seamlessly in the background on the user’s computer.

While the new functions represent an improvement on earlier versions of the software, John said the main reasons for using the software have not changed.
