Dalton, who originally went to prison in early November 2004 due to “an altercation with a woman in April of that year [which] breached the probation he was then on from a drug-related case,” was paroled in late November 2005.

He remained on parole until May 31, 2007, when he was arrested again at his home in Denton, Texas, and charged with two misdemeanors: Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Violence and Interference with an Emergency Call.

He pled guilty and served 90 days in Denton County Jail.

In late September 2007, he was returned to the Texas Department of Corrections Prison System, where he has been awaiting word on possible parole.

“Here’s hoping they will grant him a 2009 parole date,” Forest said.

Dalton, who performed solo scenes in gay productions, made a splash in 2002 with Pacific Sun Entertainment’s “Prick Tease,” “Ranch Hand Muscle,” and “Mark Dalton and Friends.” He followed those titles up with the popular “Super Soaked” for Jocks/Falcon Studios .

While he is serving his sentence, his latest adult movie, “Mark Meets Zeb: The Texas Two-Step,” co-starring bodybuilder Zeb Atlas, continues to sell at a brisk pace for Zeb Atlas Productions , which is distributed by Marina Pacific .

Dalton’s maximum date for release is May 22, 2011.
