Babeland Announces January Workshops in L.A.

LOS ANGELES — Adult retailer Babeland will give two workshops for the public at their Los Angeles location in January. The classes are free of charge to participants.

On Jan. 24, a seminar on “How to Please Your Woman” will be hosted at 7:30 p.m. PST. Geared towards improving sexual communication skills, the workshop also will highlight techniques for cunnilingus, G-spot stimulation, nipple play and methods for locating other erogenous zones.

On Jan. 31, corsetiere Bree Wardlow will instruct participants on the erotic history and use of corsets, in “All Laced Up — The Art of Corsetry.” Wardlow will show how to choose the correct corset and proper lacing techniques. The class also offers and opportunity for attendees to have their measurements taken and order custom-made corsets.

"Our program recognizes that Babeland is more than a retail store," a representative said, "it's a destination where women and men — whether they're gay or straight, in relationships or single — come to build their confidence and get answers to their questions about sex, to mingle and have fun, and to explore their desires."

Babeland regularly hosts two to four monthly workshops and events in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle stores. Average participation is 50 adults.

The Los Angeles location is at 7007 Melrose Ave., and the chain also has storefronts in New York and Seattle.

For more information, call (323) 634-9480, or visit the Babeland website.
