The title, according to All Boy’s owner Rob Ragan, is the first video shot in high definition for the gay Asian niche. It will street Nov. 22.

“We are extremely proud of what the guys at Boykakke have come up with on this film,” Ragan said. “Not only is it the first-ever HD Asian film, but this is a full-on hardcore sex film, not just solos, which a lot of Asian film companies put out. There just isn't anything that comes close to it in the Asian film market.”

Boykakke Films is the DVD production studio of online affiliate program zBuckz.com. zBuckz.com hosts five gay Asian niche paysites, including Boykakke.com, GayAsianAnime.com, JapBoyz.com, GayAsianNetwrok.com and GayAsianAmateurs.com.

The company has entered the DVD market in order to expand their market presence and to also supply the demand for gay Asian content, which reportedly is a somewhat under-served niche.

Both All Boys and Boykakke said they are also banking on shelf appeal to viewers who own HD TVs and home theatres who may be shopping for gay content shot in HD.

“When I put this in the player to see what all the fuss was about, I knew this was going to generate serious buzz,” All Boys post-production manager Jayson Hansen said. “I've never seen anything close to the quality of this on an Asian film and think that anyone that likes the Asian niche will want to own this instead of rent. Boykakke is a true diamond in the rough for AB Distribution for sure.”
