"Justin Syder has massive business sense," ATM Owner Shy Love told XBIZ. "He is intellectual in so many ways and he has a lot of connections into this business. He can help the agency grow. He's brought in nine people in the last 24 hours."
Syder plans to be selective when choosing talent to join the firm.
"We know what it takes to succeed in this business, and we know the type of talent the directors are looking for," Syder told XBIZ. "We're confining ourselves to producing that type of talent, so our reputation will be built on that. It's an opportunity to be a part of something that's going to be good."
Adult Talent Managers was established in March. Love said that she started the company because she saw other performers being unprepared for shoots.
"I wasn't very happy with girls showing up to my sets to do a certain scene and their agent didn't tell them that, and the girl freaks out. I booked a girl for a boy-girl anal; the agent sent her to the scene, [and] she doesn't do anal. The agent said she would be willing to do anal and she'd be fine with it. I was directing an interracial movie and a girl shows up and she doesn't do interracial. I got tired of those things not being communicated correctly."
