Badpuppy Unleashes New PPV Site

COCOA, Fla. – After nearly a year in beta, Badpuppy.com officially launched DogGoneVideo.com, the company's first pay-per-view website and accompanying affiliate site that features titles from more than 85 production studios in both gay-and-straight niche categories.

Badpuppy spokeswoman Lisa Turner told XBiz that her company decided to move into the PPV space based on demand from consumers looking for full-length movies.

"We already offer a lot of movies and partial movies for download and we wanted to expand into something different," Turner said. "This was a way for us to give our users something that would benefit them and the studios as well."

Turner added that Dog Gone uses an in-house streaming platform called FireFeed that only uses Flash and doesn't require the end user to download other platforms in order to view content.

"Basically we wanted to come up with a means to stream both live and recorded media, not only with higher quality for both audio and video, but one that just about anyone can stream right in their browser, without having to install programs that they may or may not wish to use, or add to their systems," Turner said.

Dog Gone will make its debut by offering content in a wide range of gay and straight niches, including clown sex, muscle, midgets, tiny tits, pregnancy, amateur, big boobs, Asian, twinks, muscle, shemale, trannie, military, interracial, and the relatively unexplored niche of hermaphrodites.

The site offers customized theaters and a video console that displays a “Buy This Video” button, allowing the end user to buy a copy of the movie from either Movie Mountain or the studio's store.

Content is provided by studios such as All Boys Videos, All Male Studio, Bacchus Releasing, D&E Productions, Miami Studios, with 10 additional studios coming on board by the first week of March, Turner said.

Dog Gone will also offer its members free streaming minutes with each type of subscription, while continuing to compensate the studios for that time. For example, Turner said, a 10-day member gets 10 minutes free per month and monthly rebills automatically get 30 free minutes deposited into their account.

"It's a great way to increase and retain membership," Turner said.

Badpuppy Enterprises Inc., the parent company of Badpuppy and Puppy Cash, is celebrating its 10th year online.
