Kjell Petridis Leaves Jettis

AGOURA HILLS, Calif. – Jettis CEO Ken Lawson has announced that Kjell Petridis, Jettis' President for the past 5 years, will be leaving Jettis to explore other business opportunities within the credit card processing industry.

His last day with the company will be February 18, 2005, however, he has agreed to remain involved on a consultant basis to ensure that business continues uninterrupted. Mr. Lawson stated, "Kjell's contributions had a tremendously positive impact on Jettis over the years and he will be missed. Kjell has agreed to stay on board in a consultant capacity to ensure that clients, company and shareholder needs continue uninterrupted."

Mr. Petridis stated, "I will always have great memories of my experiences at Jettis and with the relationships I developed with both staff and clients during my tenure." When asked about his plans post Jettis, he stated, "I will continue to offer Jettis' products and services in conjunction with my new business, L3 Payments, LLC. For clients that have their own merchant accounts or are in need of ACH processing, scrubbing and gateway services, there is no better solution available in the marketplace than Jettis."
