It offers a 2.29% VISA / MasterCard Qualified Discount Rate, which is guaranteed not to increase unless Visa/MC increases their Interchange rate. There is a $0.30 charge per transaction, which includes the cost of Address Verification (AVS), as well as a $10.00 monthly statement fee and a $25.00 monthly processing minimum.
