Basement Broadcasting is a small company with a half dozen niche oriented sites. Its new business line evolved from a desire to be more responsive to its own members' video viewing requirements. Providing members a choice of formats and a choice of file sizes gives both modem and high-speed viewers a more enjoyable viewing experience and increases member satisfaction and retention.
