The terms of the agreement include producing four titles for Metro based on four lines, Matrix Nudes, Matrix Anal, Porn Star Station, and a final girl-girl line that Bentley told XBiz is still in the works.
Based on those four lines, Metro will release four DVDs each month and Old Pueblo will represent the DVD line and secure the distribution rights for cable, satellite and hotels.
Matrix's deal with Tucson, Arizona-based Old Pueblo also includes producing three additional lines, Matrix Centerfolds, Matrix Porn Stars and Matrix Hardcore, which will fall under the same terms of the distribution deal, Bentley said, adding that the Matrix Centerfold will feature hardcore striptease content.
"It's been a long time coming," Bentley told XBiz. "We've been gearing up for this and I'm really glad it came together."
Bentley said that Matrix Content has several more deals currently in the works, a few of which might be announced over the coming months.
Before founding Matrix, Bentley produced videos for Penthouse's home video department and prior to that he worked for HBO producing mega productions like Bette Midler's Las Vegas show, making the crossover into the porn industry in 1999.
