110 Media Group Appoints Advisor

New York – 110 Media Group, Inc. (OTC BB:OTEN.OB) announced today that effective June 24, 2004, Stephen Bugbee will take a position as an advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Bugbee has substantial experience in marketing, specializing in the adult industry.

Stephen Bugbee is the owner of X2K Media Services Group. Stephen has 16 years in the Promotions and Marketing of projects in the Entertainment/Media & Corporate Marketplace. His last 6 years focused on not only traditional avenues of advertising/distribution but utilizing online marketing campaigns in conjunction to traditional advertising to increase revenue for the products and services of his clients. This includes geo-targeted streaming and ad insertion campaigns to delivering content online in different streaming formats from secure searchable databases. With a large focus on using different Digital Rights Management as well as Content Management tools helping to secure not only the content and revenue but also the integrity of the project and the client.

In their effort to become a leader in the adult entertainment industry, 110 Media Group intends on identifying and adding other experienced individuals to their company in various capacities as well as advisors to their board of directors.
