Anabolic Video Explores New 'Artcore' Genre

CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Anabolic Video Productions unveiled a secret project several months in the making that marks the beginning of a new genre of porn from veteran director Sal Genoa.

According to Anabolic, the Genoa project mixes traditional porn with stylistic film nuances to create a new genre of adult entertainment called "Artcore." The film is titled "Artcore: House of Dreams" and is reportedly staged in a whorehouse.

Unlike traditional gonzo porn, Anabolic is coining the phrase Artcore to describe Genoa's new style as neither feature-length porn, but something that subsist on a "thread and a theme" throughout the entire video.

"I dabbled with the idea of shooting with more sophisticated locations and the visual impact of a storyline that somehow connects each scene together," Genoa was quoted as saying. "I can't call it a feature because the sheer hardcore nastiness would scare the living shit out of most feature companies. However, I can't call it a gonzo because the lighting schemes are significantly more sophisticated. This simply is not a couch sex video or a motel room fuck romp."

The film stars Belladonna, Gia Paloma, Katsumi, Roxy Jezel, Melissa Lauren, Chelsea, Nautica Thorn, Chiquita, and Eva Angelina.

"There is no structure to this video," Anabolic stated in describing Artcore. "It is a constant barrage of sex and hardcore filth that'll explode your senses and your testicles. It is nasty, continuous sex with layers of pure porno which will decimate your senses until it finally makes sense through the storyline."

Founded in 1991, Anabolic specializes in full-length hardcore porn that the company claims give consumers "more fuck for the buck."

Genoa has shot numerous other films for Anabolic that include the recent release of "Ass Cream Pies," Women of Color," and "Teens with Tits."
