NEW YORK — Romi Chase has earned a 2022 AltPorn Awards win in the category of “Best Premium Social Media Star.”
"Thank you to Alt Star Magazine and [sponsor] Bad Dragon,” Chase said. “Thank you to all the fans who voted for me. Thank you, Jay, from Infinite Images, and Miss Lainie, my publicist, for always having my back."
Chase also used the occasion of her win to reflect on her journey since coming to the United States.
“I came to the States from Poland five years ago, and I didn’t know what to expect, but I was hoping for a fresh start. I always wanted to embrace my alternative lifestyle, but where I am from it was suppressed,” Chase said. “I quickly got tattoos, started experimenting and with hair colors and that led me to see my curvy body is something I can be proud of; I no longer wanted to hide my body, I wanted to show it off. Thank you for recognizing and appreciating me and my work. Remember you can do anything you put your mind to.”
