Retired Performer Jordan Ash Passes Away

LOS ANGELES — Retired performer Jordan Ash has passed away at 42. He was in hospice care after a long illness, his industry friends have confirmed.

According to friends who visited him, Ash had been diagnosed with a brain tumor years ago. "Once the tumor was removed, an infection spread which caused more issues," they told XBIZ.

According to IAFD, Ash was active in the industry from 2005 until last year, although other accounts place his retirement in the mid-2010s.

Ash was a prolific talent who performed for several major studios, especially Brazzers. Other studios he regularly performed for include Bang Bros, Wankz, Red Light, Vivid, Bang, New Sensations, Digital Sin and Naughty America, among others.

Ash’s passing was noted on social media by a number of his male talent colleagues and other industry figures.

Danny Mountain posted on Twitter, “So sad to find out one of my best friends in the biz since 2007, Jordan Ash, has passed away. He was a man’s man and a very loyal friend. You will be sorely missed deeply my mate. Above ya, below ya, always beside ya. RIP Jordan.”

Charles Dera told XBIZ that his friend Ash "was the true definition of the term stud."

"He was a hard working man full of grit," Dera said. "He excelled in all his business ventures. He wasn’t concerned with fitting in and always gave his honest opinion. He loved helping out others along his journey. He was college educated — I believe he had a degree in electrical engineering. Smart guy and tough as nails. Never complained and got the job done."

"He will always be missed," Dera concluded.

Director Craven Moorehead also rememberd Ash, describing him as “the real deal — an awesome dude.”
