Sasha Grey Collaborates With Industrial Rock Band PIG

LOS ANGELES — Sasha Grey, the iconic former adult performer, can be heard in a new extended-play cover of the KC & the Sunshine Band classic, “That’s the Way (I Like It).”

Grey sings and makes her performance in a video of the 1970s-era classic with the industrial rock band PIG, led by British musician Raymond Watts who is the group’s sole member.

“That’s the Way (I Like It),” which has been covered by other artists as musically diverse as Dead or Alive, Giorgio Moroder and Spin Doctors, is heard in a darker and more sinister tone with Grey’s vocals, whose delivery is brash and contrasts well with Watts’ typically subdued approach.

“Sasha is a total joy to work with,” Watts said. “She's has an intuitive understanding, a great sense of humor and great delivery. She completely got the idea of the song working as duet and it is a true PIG/Sasha Grey collaboration.”

“That’s The Way (I Like It)” is set for release tomorrow via Metropolitan Records. Watts is selling a 12-inch vinyl version on his tour, which begins this weekend across the U.S.

Pornhub is pre-releasing the song exclusively on its website today. Check out Grey and PIG’s version of “That’s the Way (I Like It)” here.
