April O'Neil Named 2017 Girlsway Girl of the Year

April O'Neil Named 2017 Girlsway Girl of the Year

MONTREAL — Girlsway has announced April O’Neil as its official Girlsway Girl of the Year (GOTY) for 2017.

“I’m a Girlsway Girl of the Year, that just blows my mind,” said O’Neil of the honor, following in the footsteps of former GOTY stars Jelena Jensen (2016) and Shyla Jennings (2015). “Thank you to Bree Mills, Stills by Alan, the entire Girlsway team … and, of course, the fans.”

Gamma Films’ site tallied fan votes to determine the top Girlsway performer from 2017’s Girlsway Girl of the Month finalists, including Bree Daniels, Uma Jolie, Alexis Fawx, Angela White, Kristen Scott, AJ Applegate, Georgia Jones, Brett Rossi, Penny Pax, Keisha Grey and Melissa Moore.

“A very hearty congratulations to April for taking the title this year, and a big thank you to the fans that voted,” said Bree Mills, Gamma Films head of production. “The rankings for Girl of the Year were closer than ever before, as we saw more shifting in the top three than previous years.

“April has been with us performing on WebYoung.com since before Girlsway.com was first launched … she, not surprisingly, placed first in both member and non-member polls, which means she is truly deserving of the title of Girl of the Year,” Mills added. “She represents our ideal GOTM and GOTY. A truly talented and adored lesbian performer.”

As a Girlsway Girl of the Year, O’Neil will receive a cash prize of $5,000, and prominent placement in the company’s high-profile ads. Georgia Jones took second place, earning a cash award of $2,500 and Melissa Moore took third place, earning $1,500.
