Wicked Pictures, Dorcel Team Up on 'Undercover' Global Integrated Marketing Campaigns

LOS ANGELES — Marc Dorcel has announced the big-budget erotic thriller “Undercover” is now available on DVD in the U.S., with 360-degree integrated global marketing campaigns culminating in business-to-business and business-to-consumer events in Paris and Los Angeles which showcased the film's glamorous international cast.

The Dorcel/Wicked alliance included marketing and promotional campaigns spotlighting stars Mina Sauvage (France) and Megan Rain (U.S.). The campaigns featured print and digital advertising throughout the fall, in addition to digital video, social media, email and consumer engagements.

The campaigns engaged the adult and mainstream press in Paris and Los Angeles with boutique release celebrations, which gave media and members of the public alike opportunities to meet the movie's stars.

Mina Sauvage signed autographs, greeted press, and gave interviews at a special all-media day held at Dorcel's Paris headquarters. Megan Rain was the guest of honor at blended B2B/B2C events hosted by Wicked at Hollywood hotspot Le Jardin. In keeping with the film's French setting, Le Jardin brought the charm and romanticism of Paris to the heart of Southern California.

Designed by Gulla Jonsdottir of G+ Design, the spacious locale saw Megan socializing with the press as well as such adult performers as Adira Rae and Ricky Johnson, director Will Ryder and more.

With a budget of 160,000 euros, a fast-paced story of unstoppable intensity, Marc Dorcel says the movie is a “beautifully directed action sequences, and amazing sets wrapped around a spectacular international cast, ‘Undercover’ is a revolutionary addition to the adult genre.”
