Carpathia Hosting Acquires ProHosters

Ashburn, VA - Carpathia Hosting, a provider of high performance Internet hosting and intelligently routed bandwidth services, announced today that it acquired the customer base and related hardware from ProHosters LLC, a provider of shared and dedicated web hosting services. As part of the transaction, Carpathia Hosting will be placing ProHosters customers behind Carpathia's Intelligently Routed Network (CIRN) and is retaining key ProHosters technicians.
